Thanks for visiting Customer Care

Besides caring a lot about the accuracy of your real-time movement, privacy, and security, we at Glympse Inc. also care about helping you use Glympse™ as quickly as possible. Look here for answers to your questions, or give us feedback and suggestions. We are glad to have you using Glympse and hope that you find the information and/or answers that your are looking for.  

 

First Time Here?

  • You can browse through the information in the Help Resources, with answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) or "Quick Start" guides for your specific phone
  • You can Contact Us via the "Submit a Request" link at the top of the page.   We are looking forward to hearing from you!  You will be notified via email regarding any updates on your ticket (every request has a corresponding ticket number).
  • Want to view the status of your request?  Here are the two options:

1.  You can just reply directly to the email updates.  All email responses will automatically be logged into the appropriate ticket.

2.  For a richer experience through a web interface, you can choose to create a unique login ID with the Glympse Customer Care site.  (You will still receive the email updates).

Important:  The Customer Care account is *not* related to your usage of Glympse.   The login is purely to allow your request to be private between you and the Glympse Team within the Customer Care site.
