How do I cancel my Glympse PRO subscription/account?

  1. Login to Glympse PRO
  2. Click on your “Account” icon on the top right corner of the screen
  3. Click on “account & billing”
  4. Type in your login email address and enter code received via email (this is done for security purposes)
  5. Click on the “unit pricing” box
  6. Click on “cancel subscription”
  7. Select a cancellation reason and write a short description
  8. Click “Confirm Cancellation”

You can still use Glympse PRO as long as the payment period is still active. To reactivate your subscription, please refer to our article “Add & Remove Licenses” to learn more.
