In order to send a Glympse to a recent contact, follow these steps:
1. From the Glympse app on the watch, tap 'Share'.
2. A list of recent SMS or email contacts should appear. Tap on the contact you would like to send the Glympse to (phone number, email). Note: if you get the following message, you will need to go back to the Glympse app on your phone to add contacts.
Looks like you don't have any contacts. Go to the Glympse app on your phone to add some contacts.
3. Next, a G-shaped timer should appear. Choose the amount of time you want the Glympse to be active for and then tap 'Send Glympse'.
4. Next, a sending animation should appear and a second message saying 'Your Glympse Has Been Sent'.
5. You will finally be returned to the main view.
