If you've received this error, it means that you are using Glympse on another device while logged in to Facebook or Twitter. To resolve this issue, sign out of Glympse using the option in the Settings screen, and then sign in with your Facebook account.
If you don’t want to use the account on your other device anymore, you can also sign out of Glympse on the other device by going to the Settings page. This will free up the Facebook or Twitter connection to be linked to the account on your current device.
Please note: You may need to reset the Glympse access to Facebook in your Settings. Tap Settings > Facebook, under "Allow these Apps to Use Your Account" toggle the switch for Glympse to Off then On. Go back into the Glympse app, go to Settings, then Login to Facebook.
This error message may also appear on a new installation of Glympse if you had previously deleted the Glympse app from your device or if you restored Glympse from a backup while it was connected to a Facebook account. In either case, the above steps should resolve the error.
