1. Verify the Glympse app is installed and is up to date.
2. Verify you have the most recent version of Glympse for Android by going to the Google Play store and updating, if necessary.
3. If the Glympse app is installed on your Android device and you are still experiencing the problem, please un-install the app by going to Application Manager in your Android Device Settings and removing Glympse.
4. Re-install the application from the Google Play store.
