E-mail and text notifications work automatically. When creating an order, you will be able to add the customers phone number(s) and/or email(s).
Customers will receive notifications when:
- An order has been created
- A technician is on their way to the customer
- A technician has arrived at the customer’s location
- An appointment has be canceled
- An appointment has been completed
