How can I create an order using latitude and longitude? (for when addresses don’t appear)

  1. Login into Glympse PRO
  2. In the navigation menu, click on “Orders”
  3. Next, navigate to the “Add Order” button
  4. Click on “Use Latitude and Longitude”
  5. Fill in the destination name and latitude/longitude boxes
  6. Fill in the appropriate information
  7. Click “Add Order”

We recommend using latitude and longitude only when the address for the customer doesn’t automatically appear in the “address” box. It is simple and easy to have Glympse PRO automatically suggest the address. However, if the customer location does not appear on our automatic suggestions (such as remote locations), please enter the latitude and longitude information in the appropriate box.
