How do customer notifications work?

Notifications are automatically sent from Glympse PRO to your customers via email or text message based on the status of their service appointment or delivery. Customers will receive notifications in the following scenarios:

  • When a job or delivery is CREATED in the system
  • When the technician or driver is EN ROUTE to the job
  • When the technician or driver has ARRIVED to the customer
  • When the technician or driver has COMPLETED the job/delivery 
  • If a job has been CANCELED
