How do I assign an existing order to a different technician or driver in Glympse PRO?

  1. Login into Glympse PRO
  2. In the navigation menu, click on “Orders”
  3. Navigate to the desired order and click “Actions”
  4. In the drop down menu, click “Reassign”
  5. In the window, choose the new technician you want for this order
  6. Click “Assign” when finished

When assigning an existing order to another technician, the system will automatically notify the new technician of the change and add it to his/her order list.
