A unique feature within the Glympse PRO solution is the customer notification system. Your customers receive notifications via email or text (your choice) when:
An order has been created:
A technician is on their way:
A technician has arrived:
An order has been completed:
An order has been canceled:
At the time of this writing, there are currently no editing features available within the Glympse PROs notification. However, you can have your company’s name appear throughout the notification and your company’s logo or brand appear when customers access their unique URL link to track their technician while on the way to the appointment.
