How do I “Mark Arrived” within the Orders Tab in Glympse PRO?

  1. Login into Glympse PRO
  2. In the navigation menu, click on “Orders”
  3. Navigate to the desired order and click “Actions”
  4. In the drop down menu, click “Arrived” to end the technician’s journey

The order that you want to mark as “Arrived” has to currently be marked as “En Route”. If the order is not marked as “En Route”, you cannot manually activate “Arrived”.

Geofence detection in our Glympse PRO app should automatically detect when your technicians arrive at the designated location. If Glympse PRO didn’t automatically mark the driver as “Arrived”, Admins and Managers have the option to activate this. Drivers also have this option in the Glympse PRO app if it doesn’t automatically update to “Arrived”.
