How can I edit my existing orders in Glympse PRO?

  1. Login into Glympse PRO
  2. In the navigation menu, click on “Orders”
  3. Navigate to the desired order and click “Actions”
  4. In the drop down menu, click “Edit”
  5. Edit desired selections
  6. Click “Save Order”

When editing existing orders, “Customer Name”, “Customer Phone Number(s)”, and “Customer Email(s)” cannot be edited. This is to prevent confusion and other issues with existing customer orders. To change these values, it is recommended that you create a new order. Be sure to delete the old order after you created the new order.
