No, they do not need to pay anything. When you share your location with others, there is no cost for those viewing you on a map and they do not have to download Glympse to see your location.
Anyone who clicks on your unique Glympse Premium Tag or Glympse Premium Shares will see your real-time location free to them – with or without downloading the Glympse app.
