How can I get an invoice for my Glympse Premium Tag?

Your organization might need an invoice for your purchase of a Glympse Premium Feature. You can retrieve this from the app stores that you purchased Glympse Premium Feature in.

If you bought a Glympse Premium Tag or Premium Share from the App Store, you can access the invoice by do the following:

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your “Profile” icon.
  3. Tap your name at the top of the Profile Page.
  4. Scroll down and choose “Purchase History”.
  5. Find the order and tap the “Total Billed” label to see the transaction details.
  6. Tap “Resend” to have it emailed to you again.

Note: Glympse does not have the ability to send you an invoice for your Glympse Premium Shares or Tags purchase, as the payment is handled through the app stores. If you contact Glympse for an invoice, we will not be able to help you with this. You must follow the instructions above and obtain them from the app store directly, as all payment processes are handled by Apple’s App Store & Google’s Play Store. Glympse doesn’t collect payment information.
