How do the customer text and email notifications work within Glympse PRO?

Please note: You want to ensure you get customer permission before adding their email/phone number as they will automatically start receiving notifications.

Email and text notifications work automatically within Glympse PRO. When creating an order, you will be able to add the customer’s phone number(s) and/or email(s).

Customers will receive notifications when:

  • An order has been created
  • A technician is on their way to the customer
  • A technician has arrived at the customer’s location
  • An appointment has been canceled
  • An appointment has been completed
