How Glympse PRO Location Tracking Works

Glympse PRO tracks technicians and drivers on the way to an appointment only when the technician or driver is marked in the system as on the way to your end customer’s location. This is to protect the driver from being tracked when they are not actively working (i.e. on lunch break, on a personal break, etc.).

When they are marked as en route to the customer’s location, only the customer who is specified in the order details will receive the notification and link (via text or email) to see the technician or driver’s current and real-time ETA and location. Once the technician or driver arrives at the appointment or destination, the customer will no longer be able to see the technician’s or driver’s location.

By using GPS on the technician/driver’s mobile device, Glympse PRO can accurately predict when the technician/driver will arrive at the customer’s location. This feature is automatically activated when the agent is marked “En Route”.
